Sometimes you don’t need a full life reset. You just need a weekend to slow down and recalibrate.

Here are a few signs it might be time:


1. Everything feels rushed

You’re constantly moving from one thing to the next without ever feeling caught up.

 What to do: Clear your schedule as much as you can, even a few hours helps.


2. You’re more tired than usual

Not just physically…mentally.

 What to do: Rest without feeling guilty. That’s the reset.


3. You’ve stopped doing things you enjoy

Everything feels like an obligation.

What to do: Add one thing back in that’s just for you.


4. You feel disconnected from yourself

You’re going through the motions, but not really present.

What to do: Journal, go on a walk, or spend time alone without distractions.
